In this personalized Hatha Yoga session, look to strengthen and stretch with balanced and asymmetrical movement. Kathy’s yoga teaching is influenced by her personal yoga teachers, which encompass both B.K.S. Iyengar (form based) and Sri T. Krishnamacharya/T.K.V. Desikachar (function based) lineages of yoga. These sessions will Integrate Hatha Yoga, Structural Yoga Therapy, Thai movement, as well as a unique knowledge base from many years as a structural bodyworker. The initial session is for personal intake and assessment. Please arrive a few minutes early for paperwork.

Would you like to press the 're-boot' key on the computer of your body? Would you like your structural integrity to be balanced? This dynamic, soft-tissue structural therapy has great potential to do just that. NST can create a contextual environment that facilitates re-integration of the body as a whole, through re-organization of the musculature of the body. NST structural therapy continues to bring fantastic results for my clients with sub-acute and chronic injury/pain; as well as many other 'symptoms' the body shows us to suggest change. CranialSacral Therapy is applied in this session, whenever the body indicates it. This bodywork is done fully clothed, so please wear loose, comfortable clothing. No denim, please. Pip, Labor & Industry, and most insurances welcome.

By listening to your body's core rhythm(motion) in its' fluid movement and restrictions/lack of motion, we are better able to determine cause of the problems rather than chasing symptoms.

24 Hour Cancelation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you. If you arrive late, we will work through to the end of your scheduled session. If I am late, you will receive the full amount of time for which you are scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I need at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hour notice is given, you will be charged for the session. Thank you for your understanding of how valuable time is.
